This can be a great way to expand your skill set and take on higher duties. Internal EOIs are advertised via email notifications sent from the Recruitment team.

The Recruitment Process Explained

Please ensure you submit your application by midnight of the closing date. Late applications cannot be lodged online. Acceptance of a late application is at the discretion of the selection panel and may only be considered upon approval from the nominated contact officer.

After the application closure date, the selection panel will review all the information provided in the application process and compare this to the role description to determine which applicants best meet the requirements of the role. These applicants will then be shortlisted for further assessment. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted to advise of this and to discuss when and how the further assessment will occur.

For positions that have a high number of suitable applicants, the panel may first wish to conduct a Sonru interview, which is a recorded video interview, with pre-programmed questions for you to answer. Following this, the panel will determine which applicants will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview.
